Enriching Opportunities
Our students engage in a well-rounded curriculum that covers a variety of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, History, Social Sciences, Physical Education, Health, Digital Technologies, Design Technologies, Music, Visual Arts, Italian and Christian Studies. Each year students also look forward to participating in an integrated drama, dance, and music performance.
Classroom Learning
Our teaching staff plan and implement student-centred, evidence-informed learning programs. At the heart of what we do is a commitment to give each child opportunities to grow to become literate and numerate learners who can creatively and innovatively respond to scientific and design challenges, seek to understand others, and learn from history on a local, global and international scale.
Our teachers consider the individual needs, interests, and achievements of students, analysing and utilising data to plan and implement teaching sequences. They creatively introduce new content and consolidate and assess student learning.
Each year level also has opportunities to learn beyond the classroom with incursions, excursions and outdoor education.
Primary Team Coordinators
Each year level from Prep to Year 6 is led by a Primary Team Coordinator. This teacher leads by example in their practice, faith, relationships, and stewardship, and works closely with the Primary Leadership Team to support student growth and development.
